Where it all began...Breakfast Bruschetta 2 Ways

I guess it was this little breakfast/brunch that started this all. After being well impressed with my poaching efforts one weekend I took some snaps on my iPhone and posted them to my personal Facebook page. Trying to not sound arrogant here, so many friends from all circles seemed to like what I’d managed. It was then I thought I’d do them all a favour and stop dumping my Food Pics onto their News Feeds and pop them on my own blog. I hope you enjoy having a wonder through these pages as much as I enjoy creating them.

About me

I talk about food…a lot. Enough for my friends and colleagues over the years suggest I share my passion with everyone. I’m not a chef or cook or fancy food stylist, just someone who loves munching. I could even be a Closet Feeder. I love to see my partner and friends dig into something I’ve made and make them happy…until the next course.

On this blog is a bunch of recipes that I’ve made up as I’ve gone along as well as recipes from some phenomenal chefs and fellow food bloggers. Munch Munch Munch is a gluten free blog that everyone can enjoy.

Newly added is The Verdict page; something like a directory for places I’ve travelled to from Australia to America that serves tasty gluten free options. It’s my new baby on the blog and in time will be able to rival the other elements. I originally didn’t take my camera into restaurants because quite frankly, I didn’t want to look like a Dickhead. But you know what? As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to terms with it doesn’t matter what those strangers think of me as another stranger…because I’m not hurting anyone and ultimately hoping to help others with Gluten Free Dining choices.

Also new is the Nutrition in the News page. Something I’m trialling as I find health and the body fascinating and thought others may enjoy reading articles that I have.
