Arlington’s Fruit Tapioca

Munch Munch

Now all I’ve done is scooped it outta the punnet but the clever chaps at Arlington’s have created a tasty gluten free snack from tapioca pearls, coconut cream and fruit juice. It’s quite a small container so I like to savour it over two sessions and I’ve found it stocked in my local IGA in Newtown and Alexandria but their site lists other locations along with markets. Unfortunately for some it’s only available in Sydney and Melbourne. My favourites flavours are Raspberry (pictured) and Passionfruit. They actually have a market stall at the Orange Grove Organic Farmers Market in Lillyfield, Sydney. Here you can sample their whole range and purchase some to take home. And if you do visit stop by one of the several Gluten Free Bakery stands and pick up a roll and have the famous Bowen’s Bacon and Egg Roll made up. It’s easy to find, there is always a queue and for good reason.
