Omelette Tip

Playing around one morning with more time I my hands than is good for me, I realised that by separately cooking and heating through my Omelette ingredients (not the eggs) rather than just throwing them straight in the mix, the flavours really came out of their shells.

Helpful Hint: Add your ingredients as the egg is starting to cook, it helps everything retain it’s individual flavour.
